Describe the intended use and building quantity. Include clear span, eave height, building length and number of levels. Flag any crane, suspended services or large openings. List the project jurisdiction and the wind, snow and seismic basis supplied by your engineer, or mark those inputs pending. Add envelope and interior scope such as insulation, panel core and fit-out. If you want to compare foam-core and mineral wool sandwich panels, state the required U-value in W/m²·K and ask bidders to identify the assembly tested for fire resistance. A panel substitution can change the mass handled at the site. For multi-stage shipments, list which structural bays must arrive first.

Describe the handover

State whether you need supplier matching, quote comparison, sample coordination, inspection coordination, consolidation or export coordination. Attachments can be exchanged after first contact. If you already have a drawing, cite its revision and tell us which items remain provisional. Any project certificate or compliance claim needs evidence from the shortlisted supplier and review by the appropriate local professional.
